Drunk Driver Arrested While Asleep at the Wheel in Plymouth, MA.

Matthew O’Leary, 39, of East Patchogue, New York, was arrested on Sunday, October 21, 2012. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. 

Authorities say O’Leary passed out in the driver’s seat of his running vehicle after parking at the Plymouth South High School.

At around 6 PM Sunday evening, Plymouth, MA police received a complaint that a motor vehicle had been parked in the high school parking lot, with the engine running since 5:30 PM.  When officers responded, they found O’Leary asleep and intoxicated inside the car.

O’Leary was arrested and charged with drunk driving.  This is his third DUI offense.
