Last Thursday, St. Louis Rams defensive end, Robert Quinn, was charged with drunk driving. The Florissant Police Department stated that Quinn “cooperated fully” and posted bond the day of his arrest.
In addition to the drunk driving charge, Quinn is charged with failure to exercise a high degree of care and with having no motor vehicle insurance.
Quinn was drafted with the number 14 pick last season after attending the University of North Carolina. He had 23 tackles and five sacks during his rookie season.
Quinn is the third NFL player to be charged with drunk driving this month. Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch and Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Eric Wright have also been arrested and charged.
